This Super moon is the closest full moon in 68 years and it will only occur again in 2034. This full moon is about 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than a standard full moon and will be only 356,509 km from Earth.

The moon can look much much larger and it will be very bright, providing plenty of light to see at night if there are clear skies.

We hope you had a great Skywatching night.
