Cheetah Outreach – exciting and informative

We had an exciting and informative visit to the Cheetah outreach last Friday. Everyone learned a lot about cheetahs and the Turkish Anatolian Shepherd dogs that they breed. It was a privilege to see the majestic cheetahs so close up.

The servals, caracals, jackals, bat eared foxes and meerkats were lovely to observe.

This coming Friday we’ll be focusing on what minerals are used when a house is built. Andreas will bring rocks that contain these Minerals and Chris will be exploring, with the Leopard group, where in South Africa these minerals are mined. So be sure not to miss this one!
